1.1. All ticket sales are final. Once you complete a ticket purchase on Ulaud, the transaction is considered final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable laws.
1.2. Event date and lineup are subject to change. While we strive for accuracy, unforeseen circumstances may lead to changes. In such cases, Ulaud will inform ticket holders and provide appropriate options.
2.1. Event Cancellations: In the event of a concert cancellation, Ulaud will process a full refund to the original payment method. Ticket holders will be notified via email and the refund will be initiated promptly.
2.2. Postponements & Rescheduling: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund by contacting our support team at least 7 days before the rescheduled event. After this period, tickets are non-refundable.
3.1. Ulaud does not support ticket exchanges or transfers between customers. The name on the ticket must match the attendee’s name for entry at the event.
4.1. Damaged Tickets: If you receive a damaged ticket, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and issue a replacement at no extra cost if confirmed.
4.2. Invalid Tickets: Ulaud is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers. Tickets from unauthorized sources will not be accepted at our events.
